Begin with one piece
of your own work.

Week 1 covers Outcome Translation and Speak Business. Start with a recent update you would normally send to a manager or stakeholder.

1. Find a recent update.

Choose an assignment from the past month. Keep the original wording. Identify what changed, who benefited and what evidence you have.

2. Work through Week 1.

Watch the lessons, read the study guide and attempt the practice before comparing it with the reference answers. Use the Changed-For Log and Translation Card to write your own version.

3. Check the claim.

Separate what you observed from what you expect. If a process saved time, explain what happened to that capacity. Time released does not automatically mean cash saved.

4. Keep both versions.

Use the revised wording in a suitable work conversation. Record the questions it prompted. The original, your revision and the response give you something concrete to assess.

The independent course uses self-review and reference answers. It does not include live sessions or individual submission review. Use the fictional cases when your own work contains confidential information.
