Refunds and cancellations
What happens if you want your money back.
These rules cover The Step Up to Senior Leadership course and six-week live cohort, plus the digital kits. The short version: digital files cannot be un-downloaded, courses can be refunded early, and a cohort seat can be refunded until close to the start date.
The current price is displayed on the relevant checkout before payment. Your receipt records the amount paid. The independent course uses TagMango; the live cohort uses Razorpay.
For an existing purchase, the price and terms agreed when you paid continue to apply. This update does not reduce those commitments.
The digital kits
The kits are PDF workbooks and spreadsheets, delivered as a download link in your Razorpay confirmation email. Because a file cannot be returned, there is no refund once the link has been used.
Two exceptions. If the link does not arrive within twenty-four hours, or a file is damaged or not what the page described, write to me with the email address you paid with and I will either fix it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. If you bought the same kit twice by mistake, the second payment is refunded.
The Step Up to Senior Leadership: independent course
Seven days from purchase, no questions asked, as long as you have completed no more than the first two lessons. Email me from the address you bought with, and the refund goes back to the payment method through TagMango, usually within seven working days. After seven days, or after lesson three, there is no refund, though you keep access and you can still put the full price towards a cohort seat if one is open.
The Step Up to Senior Leadership: six-week cohort
The live cohort runs for six weeks. Cancellation rules are measured from the first scheduled session.
- Up to fourteen days before the first session: full refund.
- Between fourteen and seven days before: full credit towards the next cohort, or the self-paced course plus a refund of the difference. No cash refund.
- Seven days before and after: no refund. You may transfer the seat to a colleague at the same level, or move to the next cohort if a seat is open.
If I cancel a cohort, or move the start date by more than two weeks, you get a full refund, no conditions.

How to ask
Email through the contact page or reply to any receipt. Include the email you paid with and what you bought. I answer within two working days. Refunds go back to the original payment method; timing after that depends on your bank, typically five to ten working days.
