The two free tests

Your answers stay in the current browser tab while you complete the Senior-Level Judgment Check or Leadership Visibility Check. They are sent only when you submit the report form at the end.

The report form submits your first name and email with the test identifier and version. It also includes your selected answers, the practice result and the report text, plus your button choice and the version of the notice you saw. Netlify processes and stores the submission. This lets the result request be associated with the correct report.

Your report is shown on the page after an accepted submission, and you can download it. The email connection shares your name, email and a private report link with MailerLite to fulfil the request. Requests can be held while email delivery is being set up or retried after a temporary failure.

Your private report link

The email link opens your latest attempt at that test. Anyone who has the link can read the report, so share it only if you intend to share the result. The link expires 180 days after the latest report update. This expiry limits access through the link; it does not automatically delete the underlying form submission or purchase records.

The newsletter choice

On a test form, receiving The Optional Career and course or cohort invitations is an optional choice made with the “Show my report and join the letter” button. Choosing “Show my report only” does not sign you up for those emails. On the direct newsletter form, the Subscribe button confirms the subscription described beside it. There is no separate checkbox.

Book preorder announcements

If you request the book announcement, I collect your first name and email through Netlify Forms to contact you about preordering the book. This request does not create an order or subscribe you to The Optional Career. The book announcement list is kept separate from the course and newsletter lists. You can withdraw your request by emailing hello@sayantannandi.com.

Other practice resources

The worked sample and editable leadership brief can be used without an email. Notes entered in the brief stay in the browser tab and are not submitted. The older eight-situation Skills Check also keeps answers in the tab. Reloading clears unsent answers and notes; downloads save a file to your own device.

Service providers

Netlify hosts the site and processes forms. MailerLite is the email provider. I do not sell or rent the mailing list. Report requests and purchase records can be stored as contact profiles without permission to send the newsletter. The newsletter sequence requires your separate subscription choice.

Purchases

TagMango and Razorpay handle the relevant purchases and payment information. I use purchase and contact details to provide access and support. This site does not ask you to enter payment-card information.

Site operation

The test pages do not use advertising pixels or browser storage for your answers. Hosting and email providers may process technical information needed to operate their services. Please keep confidential employer or customer information out of forms.

Contact and unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using their unsubscribe link, or contact hello@sayantannandi.com about your subscription, access or deletion request. Information needed for purchase records or applicable obligations may need to be retained.
