The Exit Power Score

Exit power is how long you could decline income and still be yourself, and how many acceptable options exist if the income stops. It is not net worth. It is the part that is liquid, available and yours, measured against what your life actually costs.

Five questions. Nothing is sent anywhere until you choose to send it. If you do not know an answer, that itself is information worth sitting with.

If your salary stopped tomorrow, how long could your household run on what you can actually reach within a fortnight?

What share of your household net worth sits in your employer's stock, vested and unvested together?

What share of household income comes from your one employer?

Add up your fixed monthly commitments that cannot be paused: loan payments, school fees, rent, support for parents, insurance. What share of take-home pay is that?

If you had to find something new, how strong is your position outside your current company?
